Hello! Let me begin with saying that I am an ardent Fiat lover! It will take more than a super heroic effort to let go of this awe of the brand and the machine! But it seems that the dealers of the coveted brand do have the capability to persuade a guy like me to move away!
I am having an extremely unpleasant experience with the dealers of KHT motors Bangalore. I got a Fiat Punto Emotion Diesel 90HP variant from the same dealer in the month of Oct, 2013. The booking process itself was tedious with blame and mails floating between KHT sales and my company. It was only my decision to buy the car that kept my patience.
The exchange process was such a disaster! Since my vehicle was registered in AP and I was buying the vehicle in Bangalore I was offered a very low price even after me paying the tax for my old vehicle, that forgotten I went ahead and booked the car and that was it! The exchange car finally I had to dispose on my own as the guys said that I need to get the number changed on my own! I am sure that is very helpful.
After booking I guess the sales guys target is met as after that the follow up from him stopped and from me started! To cut a long story short a delayed delivery and pathetic approach. Then the actual delivery pathetic mats and no sensors as promised! Why? No stock! Guys wake up! You are delivering a new car or an old one? The so to call kit in which the brochure was given was torn! And of course no spare one available. Btw now for the sensors I need to drive to a location 30 Kms away from the house as per the sales guy to get it fixed
Then the road tax receipts and invoice were forgotten when taking the delivery and then again started the follow up! The sales executive is always in meetings and is extremely busy even to attend phone calls, finally after SMS pleadings I am given an opportunity to go back to the showroom to collect both. I get the tax receipt but the invoice copy is not available! Why the accounts gentleman is out! WOW! Manager assures me that I will get the invoice copy by the EOD but as always an empty promise.
You guys really know how to make a hash of things! Such a fantastic car and a wonderful brand and here the dealers literally doing everything in their power to kill it! Guys if you love the car buy it for just that. If you expecting after sales and service it is nonexistent! Just hoping I get the mail ID of Nagesh Basavanhalli for me to share this wonderful feedback!
