I bought a new 90BHP Grande Punto Emotion pack Diesel Car on 26.08.2010. I was very impressed with the excellent looks of the car, build Quality and the features offered for this top end model.
Though I prefered to buy i20 Asta because of the rear space more comfortable for 3 people, but the top end model Asta would have costed another 30k more with less features. So finally decided to go for Punto.
I owned a Indica Vista Aura Model earlier, my first impression about Grande Punto is that, this car definitely feels upmarket high end product and you can feel the difference. The power steering is very responsive and easy to handle and added to this the steering mounted controls make your life easy while driving. The only car in this category to offer blue & me technology, is a very useful feature that enables you to make & receive calls from your mobile with ease while driving and even SMS can be read.
Once you sit inside and lock the door, the "thud" sound make you feel that you are in a very safe car and with 2 air bags and ABS, makes this car one of the most safest on road. The clutch is so smooth that you hardly feel you are driving a diesel car even smoother than my Alto. The climate control AC offer the most effective cooling and overall the car is very refined and a pleasure to drive. I have just driven about 100 kms only and not got a chance to test the real 90BHP power.
I will keep updating my new experience with this beauty and strongly recommend to go for this car.

Recently I travelled 280 kms in a day on the highway and the driviing expereince is really great with this car. The handling is superb and the engine is very smooth and power steering is very precise and responsive. The car handles very well in the corners and the road grip is excellent. As this is a new car I drove in the range of 80 - 90 kmph and got an impressive mailage of 20.2 kmpl which is a very impressive figure for such a heavily build car. After the first service I am expecting the mailage to further improve.
Till date I have driven about 1050 kms and will keep updating about my expereince.
