The date 12/09/2015 I orderd Bracelet which has price was Rs. 399/- from www, fnp.com and I made payment through netbanking after that they mail me with invoice and commit that bracelet will deliver within week. so I was waiting for delivery after that almost one week passed and they mail me and said "we regret to inform you that we are unable to deliver the selected product du to non availability of the Red Mosaic Work Bracelet. kindly request you to confirm if we can arrange the delivery with below attached bracelet i.e. Green Mosaic Work Bracelet " . so I replied them said okey send me this one I don't have any problem with color, but send it as soon as possible so they again replied to me and said "we are unable to give any commitment for an exact date and time of delivery the Order may reach you sooner or later from the desired date of delivery " after that I wait for some more days but still they didn't send me my product. after that I decided to cancel the product and take money back from them, so I mail them and said please cancelled my order and refund me my debited amount i.e. Rs.399/-. they cancelled my order and also said we refund your total amount toward your bank but, when I check my bank A/C I didn't received any amount from them. it was so irritating for me after that I again mail them to ask about refund but they said we already refund all amount to you . finally from all this frustation I leave it as it is and never ask them again money and my product and I will never approach them . and I would like to tell never trust on them.
