I planned my valentines gift for my wife, I booked order over phone call with customer care. I confirmed delivery to provided address, asked them again and again if they can deliver on the provided address, they assure me delivery to the address and on time.
surprise, on Valentines day, at 9:40 AM I got call, and the person on the other side said that they don't deliver at given address and my money will be refunded. WTF is this? Can't you even tell this at the time of order, or even 3-4 days in advance, so that I can arrange something else?
Highly irresponsible, careless and not trust worthy at all.
