I ordered flowers for Valentine day from London to India. Initially, I got a message that payment did not go through please try again. I checked my bank account and the amount was deducted. I called in and asked about the same and was told we got your payment and your product will e delivered on time.
The entire day I was tracking and it was not delivered, I was trying to call but it was not going through, also they withdrew there chat services on the day so there was no customer support.
Ferns N Petals goofed up big time and they did not have the courtesy to call and tell that we may not be able to deliver on the stated day, at least it would not have ruined my day. On 15th February when I called they representative told we are no accepting any cancellations after talking to him on about 10 mins I asked to connect to the supervisor. The supervisor told we are trying to deliver it today(remember the bouquet was made yesterday and they are delivering it today and they want to accept) . I told him you ppl ruined the occasion at least you should have called or sent a mail. He balances told what you want I told to cancel the product and I am not going to order anything in future, he said ok we will investigate the issue for your refund and you can delete the account.
More than the flower I spent my money on calling them from London. Absolutely unprofessional people, order at your own risk!
