I used ferns and petals to order an eggless snickers half kg cake for my fiance' s birthday. It costs Rs 999. The site is easy to use and user friendly. There were varieties of cakes and hampers available to choose from
I specified the delivery date and time of delivery as 15th September 2015 at around 2PM.I paid using net banking option. My order was confirmed.
However the site disappointed me very much. The cake was not delivered on the day specified. It was delivered one day before. as my fiance was not at home, the attendant at home took the cake.
I am very unhappy with the poor service of ferns and petals as it totally ruined the surprise I had planned.Moreover the cake was not worth the money. It was good to taste but not very tasty. I would not use ferns and petals in future.
