Had ordered an Cake and flower for my wife as a surprise gift from ferns N petals.
Actually after ordering the gift only I came to know that there are issues for most of the customers. I was seriously cursing myself to order this product.
Hence I decided to call them on sunday and asked for the status, the person in the call center told me initially that the order is placed as per the system and to double confirm he called the Kochi, kerala delivery office. After putting me on hold for 3 minutes he told me that the delivery person told that to deliver this you have to pay INR 200 on top of the priced I already paid online.( actually gift price paid is INR 1400) .
The customer-care execute told that he can send me a link to pay it online.
I told him that u can cancel and return the money immediately, but he told for that you have to call tomorrow to get the seniors online.
I called the next day and another customer care executive told that they will deliver but the time solts will be different. I told to go ahead
But to my surprise they had delivered the gift on time and I should say one thing, the rose flowers and the cakes were too good and fresh.
I would like ferns N petals to recheck into the internal cash adjustment between the customercare in Delhi and delivery centers .
