Thank you for helping me make my Brother's 21st birthday special! Your service was perfect. The flowers and cake were exactly as shown in the picture on the website. The yellow roses were fresh and beautiful. The cake was wonderful, well packaged and sent with a knife and two candles(although I didn't request the knife and candles separately).
The message on the cake was exactly what I wanted it to be. The greeting card was handwritten with care. They were delivered absolutely on time, first thing in the morning, just as directed. Great work fernsnpetals Kolkata team, because of you I could surprise my brother even though I was far away from him, in a separate country. Also, Amazing customer service, I had a slight technical glitch while ordering(not due to your website, it was because of my own equipment), and I immediately received a call from you on my US number inquiring why I left my order half finished, and if I needed any assistance in completing the order. All in all, 10/10 to you on this order!
