1 time order(Mother's Day 2016): Cake & Flowers with vase - Delivery guy broke the vase and said will be back with the new one, but he never did. Cake had no mother's day message even after requesting for the same.
2 time order(Mother's Day 2017): Plant with Pot - They delivered the plant without pot and sent me an email after I complained, that they are out of stock so they couldn't deliver. Cake had no mother's day message even after requesting for the same. Requested refund but rec'd an email today that they closed the case without resolving it.
Customer Service Vs Complaint Department: Both are the same. Number available on the website for feedback/complaint goes to customer service and if you ask them to transfer your call to complaint department, they never do it.
