It was my frnds bday, and I was travelling whole day.reachd home around 6 and den thought of sendin cake to her. On ferns n petals option was available to deliver nxt day. But I wantd it to get delivered same day.
So contacted ferns n petals customer service and dey promised to deliver it the same day by 10 pm. He askd my order and den customiswd it fr same day delivery, and asked me to make paymnt to confirm the order. This happnd at 7: 45
I made the paymnt and got confirmation at 7: 49
Was happy.
Now wen the clock striked 8: 45 and I dint see ny progress in my order, cntctd customer service again, told him order number and den he askd me to hold and den cut the call.
Tweeted to ferns n petals. And den got a cal around 9: 15, k dey cant deliver it tdy.
So in jst one hour dey went frm promisin to deliver to unable to deliver.
Dis is kind of service dey offer. Cnt trust them anymore.
If u cn make a u turn in one hour, u dnt deserve to run a company and make false commitments
