I had ordered for Bonsai beauty as part of PAYBACK rewards worth 4600+ points. The bonsai was delivered by Ferns & Petals with a cracked ceramic pot. I raised my complaint with payback team & a replacement was offered.


The second bonsai delivered was with a ceramic pot which was almost in a powdered form! I could not even lift the plant from the package!


Never expected such carelessness in packaging from a gifting company which was of thought of as a professional one. I wish I could post my review on the PAYBACK rewards page or on Ferns n Petals page so that nobody ever orders this product. Thank God! It was not a gift to someone else! Never ever buy from this completely unprofessional company unless u want complete disappointment!
