I have a been a FnP customer for nearly 9 years. I had ordered Attractive Mixed Asiatic Lilies Bunch and cake(costing over 2500) for my wife's birthday . Instead delivered was a simple white Lillies bunch(lower cost). On complaint I was promised a delivery for the same again next day(as an apology) HOWEVER, The flowers are again in BAD shape. Some broken and some already drying up and pale. The florist probably does not have other colors. Also the cake was cut and found dry, though the taste was OK, the cake was DRY. After repeated complaints for 5 days FINALLY received call and as a token refund of Rs 500. They cant refund more than this. On enquiry it was found that the new florist and baker contracted are a low grade ones. The bakery is a sort of Dhaba and florist operates from a thela. He doesnt know What Asiatic lilly is. END of my rekation with FnP, Dont fall in their trap Here
