I will write about my disappointment with ferns and petals on all possible review sites. they show false picture on website and deliver substandard flowers.
they charge huge for the bouquet of flowers but the size of the flowers differ when they deliver it.
I ordered 15 red roses flower bouquet(flower shown on website as semi bloomed) but when I got delivery, I was shocked to see the size of the flower. they were so small like buds. and I paid 400rs of 15 red roses. those buds I would have got for 5rs each.
further, the customer care team said delivery of the product depends on availability of the flowers.
ideally if small flowers were available then they should have reduced the prizes as well.
I would those who are reading my feedback that its always better to order flowers from local street side vendors . they charge reasonable and you have gaurantee that the flowers are fresh and nice.
otherwise website like ferns and petals thake advantage of you.
