Clearly a rip-off for Rs 880-something. My daughter in Mumbai ordered this "contemporary elegance" arrangement of carnations and white lilies, delivered to her sister in Bangalore on Nov 17 2016.(see pictures). Looks like the delivery boy decided to throw in the "arrangement" into a bag with his grocery and rode up on his bicycle through the narrow streets of Lingarajapuram(a densely populated area in Bangalore). The fellow plonked the package into my hands and fled. I called up the address given on card and was informed that the sender(and not the recipient) would have to call up F&P's HQs in Delhi and lodge a complaint: "find the phone number on the net".
