I am regular customer of Fern N Petal and I had been satisfied with all my earlier orders until the last order . Last month I had an awful experience with Fern N Petals.
I had ordered a bunch of flowers along with chocolates for my friend as her birthday gift. The order was supposed to be delivered on her address. The order was delivered on time but the flower was of worst quality . The flowers were dried with no freshness and bad odour coming from it and the chocolate was also not packed properly.
Finally I was so embarrassed in front of my friend as this was her birthday gift and was totally spoiled due to Fern & Petal.
I would never recommend anyone to this online store as they don't deserve our trust.
