I made the mistake of ordering a plant for a dear friend from Ferns and Petals. Her birthday was on 16th and I ordered it online and made the payment on 12th.
I was assured it would be delivered by 15th.
Every time I call the helpline they say it shall be done today for sure. Apparently its a courier product and so they have no accountability for a third party vendor.I am never using these guys again. Its the worst experience ever and I am still chasing after them for the delivery.
My husband is a lawyer so I am planning to file a consumer forum case against them.
