Hi, I had ordered flower bouquet for my Father birthday . But the pictured which they showed in the site and the product which was delivered was sub standard . I immediately raised the complain ticket and called the call center. The call center guys did all the bluff and acknowledged that the product was bad . Then the call got disconnected and they did not bother to call back . The next time called the call center, after waiting for 10 mins, finally the person picked the call ans started all bluff that the feedback is not received .
I am disgusted with you service and product and vouch not to use your service ever in my lifetime
