I had a consignment which I wanted to send to someone in Mumbai. I contacted FeDex Customer Care & scheduled a Pick Up from my place at Kolkata. The first experience which is totally unbelievable was when I asked them to do the Pick Up at a scheduled time as per my availability which they didnt do and secondly the guy who came to do the Pick Up was very UNPROFESSIONAL. As per the conversation over the phone with the customer care executive, I was not supposed to provide any of my personal document to them but that pick up guy harrassed my brother and asked to provide my Identity Card which was with me. My brother called me so that I could talk to that guy from Fedex but that Unproffessional guy from Fedex didnt respond to my call & left from my place saying "Tell your Brother To Be At Home Tomorrow Orelse Checkout Some Local Courier, Not Fedex"
I mailed this to Fedex but didnt get any Reply for my concern. Because of this guy, my document could not reach mumbai at right time and I had to pay extra to get my work done.
I am shocked, What Kind Of Proffessionalism is this as entire company didnt give a positive response for the same. WORST COMPANY.
