My experience from FedEx courier was very bad . they take too much time for delivery. they always delay to my deliver my parcel, some time I was thinking that at my place, service was bad so I give them another address that was located at center of kolkata, Dharmatala. but I was wrong their service was bad at every place . they mostly take much time at deliver from local host to delivery location. some they take four to five days to deliver from local host to delivery location.some few days ago my one parcel was came at kolkata on 17 november and their last delivery date was 22 november, and the last date of delivery on 7 P.m they said they said they will return the parcel due to shipper instruction, but when I call to shipper they told me that fedex can't go with your location so that they will return the parcel. but customer care service was good .
