I have a domestic shipment awaiting since last Saturday (shipment no. 589930181436) which was shipped on Friday via "Priority Overnight shipment" service. Now, , it seems that they don't actually know the meaning of these terms. According to their online tracking system,  the shipment has reached at my Local FedEx facility on Monday morning 10:00 a.m. & it is out for delivery since 10:22 a.m.


I waited till 16:00 hrs for the package but no one showed up. Then I called their customer care and they told me that package is out for delivery. When asked for local FedEx facility contact number, I was asked to Google it myself as they do not know it. I found 2 numbers on justdial - both has incoming calls barred. When tried toll free number, I was told to wait till 20:00 hrs. Still no show!


Today, their website shows Expected delivery date as N/A. When customer care support executive was asked about it, she said wait till 20:00 hrs. Same answer again..


Still waiting for the package!
