ORDER # 403-1697462-6973131 FedEx calls me up and says unable to locate your house although orders before this order delivered to this address.
When I refused to pick up the items they send it back saying refused by customer and the same was not delivered although I escalated this matter at both customer care of AMAZON as well as FedEx TRACKING ID: 606967970684.
None of them neither AMAZON nor FedEx have any control over their LOCAL logistics partner AT ANKLESHWAR and the product is not delivered although I gave FedEx customer care 7 working days to escalate the matter their local logistic partner did what they wanted to do. that is return the package at the cost of Amazons customer.
Never ever use FedEx even if they are ready to provide you free service . Their(FedEx) managers should take lessons from ekart logistics who are partners of FLIPKART online retailer. OR exit from courier business in India.
