The fasttrack taxi I ordered in Chennai for was an hour late. this too for an airport drop where I would have missed my flight.
I fortunately took another local taxi service, instead of waiting for the fasttrack people to send the car an hour late - they are not helpful - the call centre as well as the driver dont give a damn about the customer.
