Well this is much after my first review, which is still below, the situation now seems to have changed and they r doing pretty gud with their delivery process... its better but can b better :).. But the problem of missing stock after order still pertains I guess, which needs to b got ridden off.. Else all is well.


A short summary of my review would be that "F&U has gud product range, genuine products BUT BUT BUT their delivery is damn bad. sometimes they deliver in a mths time and sometimes they refund money after 45 days and that too  only if we call them incessantly and ask them to do so and rarely it gets delivered on time(3-4weeks).


My experience(some 7-8 orders so far) with F&U has not always been bad




  1. my order on 6th march is yet to b delivered. have called them so many times, so many promises to call bk, dispatch etc but none kept up. dunno wat its gonna head to.




  2. order on 11th march, delivered on 12th april- too late again but then one of the product damaged.






Placed a refund request on their website on 14th but no response and when I call them today(reaching them is tough as it takes approx 2 mins, u lose money on std calling :( ) they say technical problem with refund so send a mail.


3.an order for an 3 prod's including a fcuk perfume got delivered abt a mth after and that too without fcuk perfume. they never cared to call n inform and when I call them and question they say it isnt avbl with the vendor and refunded. but I was surprised to see the same product on sale next week. How this happens, probably they didnt deliver due to damn gud price I ordered it for and saved their losses.


4.another order of mine never got delivered and got refund only after 50days.. who is to compensate for delay ???


Guys think b4 u try F&U..


Am not being to critical of F&U as they do have gud points as well, but lack depth in the main area. Keep up ur promises.

Surprise surprise!!




  1. I decided to give a final try with F&U on 21apr and ordered for an perfume as price was pretty attractive, and didnt find that prod elsewhere(oder no: 367651, davidoff perfume)... and beleive me I was delievered the same on 23rd... I was shocked.. they had shipped the same evening tht I ordered..




Made me eat my words.. but happy if they can live upto this sort of stuff.




  1. Another gud enuf thing happened on 22nd(again after this review by me) they called to apologise for non-delivery of the product ordered for on 6th march due to non-availability of product and hence cancelled the order, processed refund and also credited to my accnt "Rs.250 We are sorry" voucher. Good gesture to compensate for delay..
