I have placed more than 15 orders, but overall I am highly dissatisfied with the website usage and customer support.Below are the list of Cons


1.Website usability is pathetic.It doesn't give you a pleasing appearance on your first purchase.


2.You need to enter your login credentials twice to access your account.


3.Instant chat facility with the support team is not available.


4.Its purely your luck to get the products that have been ordered.


5.Its purely a business trick to list the products at INR 10, 30, 99 etc, just attract the customer.There are very few chances of receiving the products at that price.Most of the times they send an apologizes mail saying they will not be able to deliver the products.I had placed many orders which ended in this way.


6.If you use a credit voucher(received by referrals) for placing the order, if the order ends in scenario mentioned in pt#5, then you will be confused abt the refund you will be getting


7.If you use credit voucher and try to place an order and if there is some technical issues due to which your transaction fails, then you loose your voucher.There are very few chances of getting the voucher back.


8.There is not order cancellation after 24 hrs, but they can cancel the order, if they don't want to provide the products at the price mentioned on their site.


9.They ship the products that available with them that are at same price, irrespective of the product whether it is opted by customer or not.


10.Loading of the images of the products is never rectified


11.Many times there will be partial cancellation or shipment which will confuse you regarding the refund


One generic conclusion is, unless it is a branded product, don't purchase it.Many times you will be fooled by the images of products wore by models.When you receive the product, you will be shocked.Especially womens' apparel and kids.


Below are some of my orders that were cancelled by the team, the reason for some is the quality check failed from their side
