I had placed a complaint with the customer care cell for installation of my Faber Chimney, two days back with a customer care exec who told me that my call would be addressed on priority.
The service representative was home yesterday and could install the new faber chimney to our complete satisfaction.
Would like to thank Faber service team for support and cooperation to get this organized.
I have purchased Faber product among so many brand in the market and getting the confident that good brand alway provide better service & quality product to their keep their commitment to the customer.
I would like to share experience with my friend and relatives.
