Our Faber Cooktop that was repaired for the umpteenth time just 15 days back is again not working. The entire ignition system is faulty and their engineer who came to repair last time said as much.In fact after he came one burner stopped working altogether.
Mr. Mukesh Rustagi and Mr. Russell Fernandes have done nothing for resolving this complaint that has been persisting for the past 11 months. They never take calls and it takes 1 month of persuasion to get their engineer to visit your house.
