(Itin# 1204046921), need full refund and fare difference of 15k + 10000 for the baggage that I paid extra to KLM,

I was denied boarding by the airline due to incorrect

routing and no visa information, I had called there call center but was left stranded at the airport, I had checked with Expedia and visa assistance thomas cook but was told I dont need schengen visa because I am not going out of the airport and it is just transit visa.

I had to book an expensive flight next day as expedia told me they cant book anything so my money was blocked and I had to spend another 86000 on a ticket + 10000 on excess baggage ticket as KLM allows only one piece.

Guys, beware of these cheats. never book, but if you book check your Ity thoroughly as they have on what they sell, they booked me on OS and LH with 2 stop-overs in Europe whereas only only free stop is permitted in europe, if you have 2 stops you need Schengen visa, once thw booking was done I had a doubt and I called there customer care and they said check with our visa assitance partner thomas cook, I checked with them they said since you will stay in the airport you do not need a visa, I trusted them and got into a mess.

I was denied boarding by Austrian, at that point expedia had no clue on how to resolve my problem, they couldn't even book me on another flight, I had to go back and book with Akbar Travel, the guys at Akbar were more professional then these guys, they booked me on KLM via AMS with one stop in Europe. I still dont believe that this happened with me after working in travel industry for almost 12 years, I will be spreading lot awareness through consumer forums and online blogs so that nobody else had to go through what I went through.......my request keep away from these guys, they are really bad at handling customer issues. they were of no help and now they even not refunding the full money but I am trying my best to get my money back and obviously my last option is to approach consumer court.....lets see what the consumer court has to say about this as so far expedia, lufthansa and HSBC bank seems to be taking this very lightly and that is but obvious in India where consumer issues are often ignored.
