Seriously pathetic service. I was there at your sector -16branch faridabad to surrender my policy but the guy there name Gurmeet singh offered me to apply a loan instead to surrender my policy.
Finally I have made my mind to opt his proposal of Lona.
After filling all the details, I asked him whether they require any witness signature for his. But he said no we don't need as the policy holder is himself available here. And after submitted all the paper i. e my ID proof, adress proof and policy bond. I came back with my acknowledgement slip dated 19/8/2017. After 10 days I got a call from exide Bangalore office that there is a requirement of witness signature. Just tell me if my from was not filled properly, then how can they provide me a acknowledgement slip for that.
And after 16days of submitting my form n paper which also includes my policy bond, I have not received any call or money your side.
