I've been using this connection from 6 months. I can bet that you can not get higher speeds at this price. I am using the 759 rs plan and the speed for youtube and torrent is 20 mbps and its 5 mbps for all other websites.
I have used many connections before but this is best in terms of speed. The sad part is customer service, you have to be in waiting queue for 10-15 minutes most of the time. Rest is best.
