It's been three months I am using Excitel broadband and only single experience I got encoutered with is worst network, worst service and arrogant phone receiver at other end. When ever I call when netwotk got down one lady used to pick the call and she is so arrogant and have such bad attitude that you get pissed off. She doesnot know how to deal with the customer.
Firstly you have to call atleast 5-6 times on average than your call will be picked and when you make complain then they have only one answer that service has got down in this area and our technician is working. I have got plan of Rs. 800 in which they promise to give 20 MBPS of speed with unlimited downloading and browsing but when you think to download anything it will be nightmare for you. Mostly connection got down after 9pm and at that very time you will have to wait till 10am as you have no other option to make any complain or get any technical help.
Its really sometime so frustrating when you are having video call with family and connection goes out. They promise of unlimited downloading but it will then na when you have got proper internet network. Lastly I will only say they are big liars who promise to give unlimited data with great service but trust me it's MYTH.
