I have this broadband in my home. Its a big headache. Everyday I need to call them because the net connection is not available most of the time. Their plans are attaractive, anyone will fall for this. I am paying Rs 800 a months for unlimited internet at 50Mbps. But if the net is not available how can one use this. But Whenever the net is there the speed is good.
Excitel doesn't offer internet in our area directly. Dealers take tenders and make this net available here. There is no point in complaining the problem to excitel customer care. They will refer us to the dealers. The dealers however wont pick calls.
