I feel this review is:
Excitel is even poor then local cable dealers who provide internet. U cant even think about to compare this company internet and services with leading giants in the industry. They just dont have the potential to serve. Very bad internet even after a year. Always disconnects even u complaint and repair it always. U cant rely on excitel at all. Very poor local engineer support. Very poor customer care . Rates are cheap but totally useless. I will count it one of poorest decision to have excitel at my home. Really suffering from last one year. I will not even recommed someone to take it on half price. Its like a government scheme free internet when u compare the connections. Please save ur money dont buy excitel
