Having frequent disconnection for the past couple of weeks, and no support from Excitel. The customer support does not pick up the phone, seems they have realized they cannot maintain the services, and closing the support service itself.
They close the complaint without any resolution or a confirmation message / callback. You keep waiting for their callback, and then you realize that the case has been closed. When you ask them to reopen the case, they say - that is not possible in the system.
Essentially I would suggest you burn the money, it would be more relaxing and entertaining - than giving these people any for their pathetic services.
My recommendation - DO NOT TAKE EXCITEL CONNECTION - unless you want to waste your money.
