Excitel Broadband is the worst broadband service in Delhi. You will regret taking the connection.
I live in Rani Bagh, Delhi and I regret wasting my money on Excitel.
I paid for 3 months plan in advance. I am getting 8–9 Mbps speed on a 50 Mbps plan for more than 3 weeks. Also, frequent disconnection problem is there.
The problem is not resolved. Nobody listens to the complaint - LCO, customer care, Nodal and Appellate officer.
I call them daily and daily some new executive gives me a deadline of 48 hours. It’s so frustrating.
