After my review on Mouthshut, Eureka asked me for my contact number.It is since 5 weeks. No one has called. Kudos to your customer oriented business practices. Here is the original review:
I bough this cleaner since Eureka Forbes is a reputed company.The machine works alright.Now.About the construction.Just because it is fairly priced, the manufacturers have taken it on themselves to use sub-standard, flimsy material.It has to be handled like an egg shell.As expected the extension tube broke.I called customer service several times.
They pass the buck to the nearest dealer.And the dealers has no clue when they will receive supplies of this.Now, the machine is collecting dust in the loft for the past 1 year.I am tried of calling these jokers as many times.And I am back to sweeping my apartment.Thank you Eureka.
Updaqte as on 18/Nov/2016. The title says issue resolved.It is not resolved.I dont know whats goin on.
