RO+ UV water purifier. Product was good. I didn't see any issue with product.
But the service is not good . They will make you more frustrated. They will call you and give you the slot. And they don't give another choice. As no choice you will say yes. Eventho they will not come and they don't give you any message. You keep on waiting at home.
And he will call you on office hours and on the day of festivals. They knows you may be busy. If you don't lift the phone. They will close the request. You don't get any message. You keep on waiting. You have to call customer care. Again same story repeat. After service no one ask you the feedback. No one will come and check the water. If you have one person at your home free without any job. You can buy this. He will do all these followup.
Finally I don't prefer this as service is not okay. If they improve the service. You can buy.
