This is Amit Kushwaha my product customer ID(8000098158) and order no(998045479).
I want to return my product back reason the filtered water of Dr. Aquaguard Magna UV water purifier taste is like hard water, the technician from your side also checked the same. The normal water TDS is 160 and the filtered water TDS is 180. I already filled the complaint form on 28th July 2016 and still struggling with the returning back this product. I am keep calling to the given below guys but no one is replying to my call and mails.

Smita Patil(Reversal department): 9881258006-Not picking up call
Bharat Motmani(Reversal manager): 9920260610-Not reachable the number
Eureka Forbes customer care(e commerce department): 02230454001-Every day they told me today reversal team will come to pick up the product back.
I think that your just waiting for the 1 month return policy to lapse. We spent around 500 rupees on call, but you guys are still same. I HATE THIS product as your customer care employees have got only one answer whenever we call-"sorry for the inconvenience SIR" and no solution for problem.I advise to not to buy any of eureka products
