I am based in Hydetrabad. I have made atleast 10 calls for service of Aquagard Enhance water purifier in the last 1 month.
Each time I am given a new service request. And after that nothing happens. No one attends to the request. I don't know how they close the request without attending. They don't SMS the SR number to avoid being tracked. We are buying water outside now. It is the same everytime.
Most horrible. You can never expect that a renowned company doesn't even provide service, leave aside quality of service. The product also frequent repairs and repair costs are high. NEVER BUY EUREKA FORBES.
