Never ever give your servicing contract of your aquaguard to these cartoons who are the worst in giving service. They have a stupid helpline no in which some clowns pick up the phone and will register the complaint and then will give you a complaint number. They will say that the problem will attended within 2 working days. Four days will pass by no one will come again you will have to redo the process the clown will apologise and will say we have put your complaint on an emergency basis. No one will turn up for next 3 days. Again you will have to shout then also shameless people will give you lame excuses and assurances. Finally then you will be given a number to contact some franchisee of eureka forbes who will say they don't have time. we will only come on weekend then again you have to wait. Then after following up with franchisee numerous times one of their so called technician will come and say that eureka forbes call center is useless. You should call us directly we will come and such stuff. If a part of aquaguard is damaged he will say it is not covered under contract you need to pay extra for this. This is clearly looting the customers. There are so many franchisees that you will get fed up as to who is real and who is fake.
Please be very careful when you are awarding any contract related to aquaguard verify all the facts otherwise you will repent wasting your time and money. Eureka forbes has set a great example in providing very poor service and in cheating consumers by giving false hopes. The call centre of Eureka Forbes helpline should be given a special award as the worst possible customer support centre of the world.
