We have been customers of these guys for more than 6 years now. Needless to say, we have enough of experience with these people. It has been EXTREMELY BAD so far. They are very efficient in selling and making promises but when they have to keep up their own promises, they are far off from expectations.
They cant even keep up to their own SLA. Now, whenever you call them, they push an AMC for your water purifier. The saddest part of the story is that, even you take and pay for an AMC, they will not honor their own commitments. In gist, they are a typical company who are only keen to take money and cheat people.
I would recommend all the viewers not to but their product. There are a lot of competing good products in the market with much better service records. Just go for them. if your Eureka Forbes product is old, just chuck it off and go for these new ones. You will see its worth it. Also, the management of this company is not visible at all, not sure how they hide inspite of this kind of service.
