Service Request# 6870-2636(Change of filters as per frequency mentioned in AMC):
requested on 20th October 2012 & resolved on 24th November 2012(after at least 7-8 follow-ups during 1+ MONTH!)
Service Request# 7104-5844(Leakage in the Reviva unit since several days):
requested on 21st April 2013 & still not resolved(4-5 follow-ups already done without results!)
Consistently WORST customer service without any improvement since October 2012.
Seriously considering selling/dumping our Acquaguard Reviva RO unit & moving to another brand water purifier.
Also warning others to stay away as part of my social responsibility.
