Subject : The after sales service of Eureka Forbes LTD has been the most horrible experience.
To whom it may concern,
I have purchased the Aquaguard Reviva water purifier on 06-12-2005 in Bangalore. Invoice no: 0002862. Unit no. 8014077. The unit broke down on 08-02-2006 (within 2 months of purchase) and we logged a service request on the same day with your customer service center.( phone 39883333, Complaint number 48938 ).
We were promised by the call center agent that a service man would visit our house same day. The service man did not turn up for the next 2 days despite reminders to you contact center. When he finally turned up on 10-02-06, he said that the PCB in the reviva unit has broken and he can come only tomorrow to replace as his not carrying spares.He never turned up again, in the meantime we have made several calls to your service center and also to the service agents directly, on all occasions you get a reply that he will be there in 2 hours but they never turn up. On making repeated requests they switch of the mobile phones or dont pick up your call as they identify my number.
As write this complaint, my reviva unit is still not repaired and after spending 12500 on the unit I feel cheated of my money.
I am going to highlight all these irregularities and take up this with consumer court. I will also inform all my friends and colleagues at work about the abysmal quality of after sales and recommend them to buy a zerob products instead.
