The product developed an electrical problem in 9 months of purchasing. The helpline number is always busy and you are put on hold for more than 10 minutes. The complaint was received and technician visited in 1 day but he said a spare is needed - it has been 4 days and the spare has not been received yet.
The service center people and call center support are rude and have no idea of what is the problem customer is facing. The owner of service center promised to resolve the problem but she also did not call back to update.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EUREKA FORBES TO ANY OF MY FRIENDS OR FAMILY.
