The product was delivered by GATI on 23.04.2016 and after delivery I'd booked a service request at their call centre(service request # 95218462, Dt: 23.04.2016). After that numerous follow-ups were made at their call centre and their Ecommerce helpline on sunday, monday and tuesday. Close to 15 phone calls were made and all I got was false promises stating that installation will surely be done.
Very dissappointed and wondering how the HOD who is responsible for functioning of AFTER SALES SERVICE is still got his job secured.
Such manager should be dealt with very seriously for falling flat on customer experience.
