I am using this Stuff for part 2 years, agree it gives a good tastety water and Pure(?!) but it gives hell lot of trouble, need to have service engineer at our house for service once in 15 days sometime even after 4 or 5 days because water stops collecting regularly. Also it wastes lots of water and water purification is very slow.
They charge heavy AMC, its yearly around 4K and they give only one change of Membrane and filter but Filters you need change it atleast 4 to 5 times a year and each time filter cost around Rs.305/-. If we complain they say its because of dusts in our water tank or some other reason every time. I am really fedup with the support and every 15 days need to call service to make the machine work again:(
Company dont give good solutions at all. Never bothers our complaints.
