We have purchased my appliances from Eureka Forbes and we expect good customer service from your company which we are not experiencing at the moment.
We have a issue with the Eureka Forbes(Euro Visual Video Door). The speaker is not working since 6 months and we have tired to contact the toll free number and service helpline number several times. Everytime I request for Video Door Bell service (home security appliances) and air-conditioningservice but you ppl send workers for Aquaguard Service. We have experienced very poor customer service from your side. If you are not capable of providing quality of service on time and solving the actual issues
then please shut your company rather than cheating people and with fraud activities. We hope you fix our issue within 3 days or else we will lodge a case against you in the consumer court. This is a serious issue and we expect immediate actions.
