Eureka Forbe's is a company of frustrated and fraud salesmen, by frustrated sales management for frustrating company's customer. Read the below details for the reason I believe so.
In 3rd week of Nov 09, I decided to purchase a vacuum cleaner in last week of Nov 09 & a water purifier in 1st week of Jan 10 for my home in Delhi. I purchased the Eureka's Forbe's wet & dry vacuum cleaner on 23rd Nov 2009 from the salesman of Eureka Forbes-Direct Sales, named Ravendra Pathak-9022868. I didn't bargain at all even for a single rupee from him and I made the full payment upfront on the same day the vacuum cleaner was delivered to me by him on 23rd Nov.
However vacuum cleaner's demo & User’s manual is still pending. Demo was to be given to us by the same salesman Ravendra Pathak on next day morning(on 24th Nov 2009) as he had some emergencies at his home on 23rd Nov 2009. Regarding User’s manual, Ravendra Pathak informed me that, I would get that in a week's time by courier.
I got the invoice, numbered 3119102851 dt. 23/11/2009 by courier but haven't received the User’s manual yet.
I have tried calling Ravendra on his cell 9718781862 many times from my cell, but he didn't receive the call. I tried calling him from different-different number other than my cell, 6 times & he always says that he would deliver the manual by end of the same day, but I haven't received the manual yet.
I called the customer care of Eureka Forbes and requested them to register a complaint for not receiving user’s manual, but they say that they can't take a complaint for manual and gave me the branch office number instead, 011-30580830 which no one receive.
On calling customer care(011 39883333) of Eureka Forbes for 3rd time and on infroming them that on one receive 011-30580830 they gave me number of some Ms. Ritu 011-28750722 & 011 28755308. I tried calling her on that number several times on 4 different working days, but nobody receives the call and hence finally even after more than a month I don't have the user’s manual and I have the vacuum cleaner lying at my home packed as it was delivered to me.
I can't use it as I don't know how to use it and hence the Eureka Forbes Vacuum cleaner is of no use to me even after I paid full amount for it.
This is the case when, I even mentioned on the delivery acknowledgement of vacuum cleaner that “User Manual is pending”. Moreover, regarding water purifier, on 23rd Nov 2009, after I paid for vacuum cleaner, when I enquired about the details for "Sensa" model of water purifier of Eureka Forbes and shared with Ravendra that I am planning to buy Sensa model in 1st week of Jan 2010, he said that "Sensa” is a failed model & I should purchase some "Infinity" model of Eureka Forbes instead. This is ridiculous that the salesman of a company itself is saying that a model which company is advertising & promoting so much as a unique product, is a failed product. It’s seems Eureka Forbes is a company of frustrated salesman by a frustrated top management for frustrating Eureka Forbe’s customer.
To summaries, what I want everyone to be aware of is that
(1) I made a big mistake by trusting Ravendra in good faith that manual would get delivered to me by courier. I would like to appeal to everyone that please be-aware of Eureka forbe's Salesman named Ravendra Pathak who lives somewhere nearby safdarjung enclave of South Delhi and whose cell number is 9718781862. He is a fraud.He never keeps his words.
Please do not buy any of the Eureka Forbe’s products. Do not even think of buying any of their products. Just make a decision not to buy their products or else lose your peace of mind. As I said earlier that it’s seems Eureka Forbes is a company of frustrated salesman by a frustrated top management for frustrating Eureka Forbe’s customer.
(2) I think I am lucky that I didn't purchase the Eureka Forbe's water purifier. I would now purchase water purifier of any company but not at all of Eureka Forbes, especially after this incident.
(3) I feel that Eureka Forbes either don't pay salaries/commission etc. to their salesman or they hire frustrated person only as their salesman. It’s seems management of eureka Forbes-direct selling don't have any control at all over their salesman or maybe that's the way top management of Eureka Forbes want their salesman to deal with client of Eureka Forbes.
The customer care of Eureka Forbes is pathetic and good for nothing. They would certainly add to customer's frustration. I don't understand one simple thing why a customer have to chase salesman, customer care and the company for obvious things like a demo & an user manual of product.
Why management can't ask couple of their employee to make after sales satisfaction call to their customer if they really mean their tag line" Your Friend for Life".
Till now, the experience that I had, I would rather call Eureka Forbes a company "Enemy of Customer's peace of mind for Life". Why Eureka Forbes allows even a single Salesman to play with their name or cheat/frustrate people on company’s behalf. Why they can’t control their each & every customer-interacting salesman.
Why not top management of a company likes Eureka Forbes who is Asia's Largest Direct Sales Organization, A case study at the prestigious Harvard Business School, a Best Employers(4 times in a row) and who believes “A sale is only the beginning of a relationship” builds ethic’s for customer interaction and make sure that their each & every salesman adhere to it without any miss. It just takes a phone call from company's different employee to client that's all. But then too above said issues are very common with Eureka Forbes and hence it seems that either the top management of the Eureka Forbes is sleeping or are they least bothered about their customer.
I don’t see Ravendra as only the culprit but the whole company’s policies which allow him to frustrate & irritate company’s customer.
