(1) I was not informed on purchase of a aqua guard "Infiniti" needs a filter change every year, and it is a mandate for the WP.
(2) I was told 1 year warranty on the product, and the unit functioning(working) system only.
(3)One time within the warranty period the company technician cleaned the filters.
(4) After completion of year there is phone call to get enrolled for further warranty period paying an amount of Rs.4050 and further informed that my WP needs to get replacement of filters every year for better functioning of the unit, so as to get purified water.
This is understood the product initial price is Rs.9990-00 OK. And the extended warranty or renewal of service @ Rs.4050-00 as whole one time payment for three years. This bumper offer is given by company since I have purchased their product
Infinity WP? Means that every year the investment on the product functioning charges(average Rs.1350 plus) in the name of filter change or say its repair or replacing filter SUCH those all matters were kept in SECRET while on purchase of the product.
