If you are a person reading this review to decide whether to buy a Eureka Forbes product or not, my recommendation is - DONT DO THE MISTAKE OF BUYING A EUREKA FORBES PRODUCT. I am going through a tough time with Eureka Forbes with respect to their service support.


I bought an Integra-7 (which costs 25K) almost 1.5 years back. The product died 1 week back. Since then, I am experiencing one of the worst customer experiences in my life.


I called in to log a request on saturday, and I was promised a service on Monday. On Monday, I called in to enquire and was promised a service on Tuesday. Everyday I was promised a service the very nexy day. One week went by and I called today (1 week after the original request) and was promised a service by afternoon; and then by evening. Evening I was told that I can expect someone on Monday.!!!


I now know almost everyone in Bangalore customer care; Akshay, Ashwin, Pushpa, Pradeep etc; and their supervisors Krishna and others. Everyone blames another person and have no clue how to resolve the case. They cannot resolve the case, they dont know what the service technicians are doing and they cannot transfer the calls to their supervisor. I have left with no hope and nothing else to do.


The next thing I am planning to do is to find the service center and take the damn thing to his office which is 20 kms away. If nothing works, I am planning to dump it somewhere on the way back home.


Learn from other's mistakes; dont even think of buying Eureka Forbes product. They lack professionalism and experience. If you are still not convinced talk to anyone who had called Eureka Customer care.
