Bought Aquaguard 2 years ago and bought a service AMC of 4500/- also. Now when the purifier is not working for the past 10 days and we need the technician, nobody's responding nor have they bothered to contact back. All we get to hear is - Our system is not working.
They do not provide any complaint number. They'll call you constantly when the need the AMC money but don't care if you're in trouble. Would not recommend anyone to buy an Aquaguard product ever!
